I'll also tell you the story behind why I decided to create Quick Connectors...
Quick Connectors are webbing connectors that attach to your camera body on one end and to your camera strap on the other end. Each has a strong side-release buckle that allows you quickly disconnect and reconnect any camera strap to your camera body. Quickly. Easily. Safely. Without fussing over having to re-thread webbing through the tiny, little strap hole. To connect a new camera strap, all you have to do is snap the side-release buckle together and your off and photographing! Simple huh?
Ok, here's the story behind why I decided to create quick Connectors... When I'm out on assignment I generally work with two camera bodies, three to four lenses, and two bags. Sometimes I separate my gear, so I can easily grab one camera / lens combination out of one bag, then the other (you get the picture). Other times, I keep everything in my "master bag". It all depends on what and where I'm shooting. Anyway, I got sick and tired of my cool camera straps taking up too much space in my bag (I use both neck straps and wrist straps, and have several of each). Especially after I clean and put everything away after a shoot (all my gear fits in my master bag, albeit a tight fit). So, to solve the problem of my straps taking up too much space in my camera bag, I created Quick Connectors. Now I just disconnect the camera strap from the camera body and all my gear fits nice and neat in my bag. Camera Straps are now neatly stored in one of the bag's outside compartments.
The nice things about Quick Connectors (in case I haven't sold you yet) is that to use them you do not have to modify your camera strap. I purposely designed them so that they can be used with any standard camera strap (one with 3/8" webbing adjustment straps). The other nice thing about Quick Connectors is that the length can be adjusted up to 6" long. And last, each Quick Connector is made with quality camera specific hardware. Nothing there to scratch your camera.
